Valentine's Day at Lincoln School
February 14 is quickly approaching and of course, things this year will continue to be a little different. Our plan is to hold off on the candy and packaged Valentines, and below are details for the week.
During the week of February 14 - 17, our Positivity Project (P2) activities will be focused on "Love." Love means that you value close relationships with others and being close to people. The character strength of love represents the way we think, feel, and behave towards the people with whom we have close relationships.
The 3rd grade classes will have activities and lessons in their morning meetings that will take the place of the traditional card exchange. We will still be having class parties with a game and a craft, just not exchanging valentines. No need to send anything in from home, we will handle it all in-house.
If you want to look ahead at family activities and connections for that week, remember you can access the P2 for Families at https://posproject.org/p2-for-families/ The password is P2.
